We would prefer someone to be around so maybe retired or semi as we have a old dog who doesn't like to be alone. There is 4 chooks and numerous fish in ponds around the backyard. There is 3 tree frogs as well. House and gardens will be looked after so not much need to do. House is 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Plenty of parking in front of house as covered parking will have 2 cars in.
