4 Bedroom, two living spaces. ONLY TWO bedrooms available (single & queen) Main bedroom has specialised medical beds so is prohibited.

Assignment Requirements

No pets. Pool needs to be looked after but has an automatic filter, just needs a fortnightly vacuum using a robotic cleaner and keeping an eye on the water levels. (Pool chemicals provided.) Some outside pot plants require occasional watering. Lawn needs regular mowing and edging but equipment is on hand and easy to use. Main Bedroom has specialised medical beds so access is prohibited. Two other bedrooms are accessible: single & queen. Mail collection, daughter will collect occasionally. Allow my daughter access to collect my car for an occasional run would also be appreciated. There is a vegetable garden that could also use some tendering but not really essential.
