Have a large 18 month Labrador puppy who will require daily walks and attention, as well as feeding. He’s a loveable dufus and is very affectionate. Loves to snuggle on the lounge!

Nil need for any home maintenance, like lawn mowing or anything, just bringing the mail in and taking the bins out, standard stuff. Close to public transport, supermarkets and local restaurants in Cardiff and Warner’s Bay and 20min from Newcastle city centre.

Complete kitchen, fully secured yard. Happy for you to bring your dog if they’re friendly and get along with Calvin. Will set up a play date prior to make sure.

Spare bedroom will be set up, unlimited internet available. Netflix, Stan and Disney plus also available.
