Maintain comfortable house, care for two labradors eg exercise daily etc, walking track opposite house, some gardening if you enjoy it. Property is 10 minutes to the beach. 1 1/2 acre property side access for caravan (power and water available for van if needed). Main requirement is to look after dogs.
