Two bedroom house (third is office, can be used as a bedroom, as needed) - double bedroom and one single; will have solar power and new heat exchange water unit. A/c to common lounge and main bedroom, carport and limited gardening and watering (external lawn mover); in main street and close to library and community facilities; not much traffic; close to Mildura (Vic; 25 kms) main business and health facilities.

No pets to look after but able to handle limited pets outside, as arranged.

Internet will be left on and password provided

Will be overseas from July 2024 for about ten weeks, back for a few weeks and then back oversea for same period; therefore sitter can carry over to another period as needed; sitting can be for periods of 4 to 8 weeks to suit sitters,
