Low maintenance, very comfortable, spacious open-plan house, reverse cycle air conditioning, all mod cons, and one shy, very sweet cat also low maintenance, kept inside at night. Small garden at front of house, need to bring in the mail, water pot plants in hot weather. Light-filled upstairs bedroom. Close to cafes, restaurants,and cinema. Couples welcome.
