A small acreage at 1654 Cygnet Coast Road Cradoc over looking the Huon river. We live in a warm studio with all mod cons, whilst our house is being built.The start date could be varied a little. It would best suit a retired couple who could care for our two happy dogs and our studio, whilst we are away. The property is well fenced and the dogs can be left as necessary during the day from time to time, but not over night. We have wifi and mobile coverage is good.
