Requirements
I have an inside cat which will need feeding. She has cat biscuits every day and wet food every second day. I will leave enough food, so you won’t need to go shopping.
Most of my plants are reticulated, but some pots may need watering if it is hot.
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment about 10 minutes to the beach by car and walking distance to both Herdsman and Monger Lakes.
It is fully furnished and the kitchen has all the equipment needed, but I do not have a microwave.
There is both reverse cycle air conditioning and a small space heater in the second bedroom, which I also use as a second sitting room.
There is Wi-Fi. This is a gated building, I will leave the clicker to open the gate and my car park will be available.

Entry from the front door.
This is Pixie. She is very sweet but can be a little shy. She doesn’t always like to be picked up, but she will come and sit on the couch with you.
Kitchen. Has 5 burner gas stove with oven and exhaust fan. Appliances: kettle, toaster, stick mixer and fridge. Plenty of pots, frying pans, bowls and containers.
Outside terrace. There is another sitting area and 6 seater dining table. The entrance to carport is directly outside the gate which is key locked for security.
Main bedroom. Has double bed and large full length mirror wardrobe
Second bedroom. The daybed is also suitable as single bed. The TV is also in this room.
