Start and finish dates are flexible.

There are no pets to care for but pets of the sitter are welcome.

The main requirement is that the lawns are watered and mown...with some light gardening, including pruning, collection of palm fronds, some weeding.....in a very low maintenance garden.

The house is a neat and tidy 3 brm ground level brick home. The house and rear yard are fully secure. The house is air-conditioned thoughout.

The location is in a quiet, attractive and safe street approx 7km from the city centre.

As there are no pets to are for, sitters will be free to travel the region using theTownsville house as a base.
