We are looking for (preferably) a couple to mind our house and our cat who thinks he owns the place. The house is two stories with living area downstairs and three bedrooms, a craft room, and another lounge area upstairs. There are numerous decks which are used extensively for outdoor living.

Big yard but the garden is low maintenance and is mainly of a semi tropical nature.It may need watering if there is a prolonged dry spell.Lawns may need to be mowed once whilst we are away. Our house is in a quiet street on the headland, a few hundred metres from Shelly Beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to Kings Beach.
