Private home with all the modern conveniences, in quiet location on Lake Macquarie waterfront. Only a short walk to the train station (main line running between Newcastle and Sydney) and bus stop. Easy access to Sydney, Newcastle city, Hunter Valley vineyards and Port Stephens. Walking distance to local convenience store with larger supermarkets, cafes and restaurants 2km away. Looking for pet sitting for our two very friendly Groodles (siblings aged 6 years), and some watering of plants/gardens. No lawnmowing.
