3/2 House, beautifully located on 1/2 acre in quiet Hills Suburb with pool and fully reticulated garden. The house has double glazing windows and a wood heater as well as multiple heating aircons, so it stays nice and warm in the colder season too. It is close to nature and the Railway Heritage trail, a walking trail between Midland and Mundaring. Little 8 year old Dachshund/Jack Russell cross and 3 year old Whippet to be looked after. They are both very playful and like to chase around the Garden. The dogs like to be walked twice a day....with one walk being a very short "pitstop" walk in the evening.
