We are travelling to New Zealand later in January. We have a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, air conditioned home with huge outdoor area, pool, sauna, swing chairs, Vege and herb gardens, fruit trees, on 15 acres. We are situated between Nerang and Canungra in the Gold Coast Hinterland, at the base of Mount Tamborine. 25 minute drive to Gold Coast beaches. 10 minutes to Mount Tamborine. 45 minutes to Brisbane. 10 minutes to petrol and shops. Lovely quiet, secure, private property. Birds, ducks, koalas, wallabies. We have sheep on the property that look after themselves. No garden care required unless it is very dry, then would just need to do a bit of hand watering and turn on the sprinklers. Look after 2 outside and independent Maremma dogs (Moe and Ollie) and feed 10 chickens daily. Obviously you would have 9-10 lovely fresh eggs every day. Neighbours are great if you needed assistance. Limited public transport nearby. Please note there are unfenced dams on the property.
