We have a split level (Perth) hills home with views on half an acre, 2 dogs (Shadow and Griff) and a cat (Harry), and lots of plants that need watering. Home has evap air conditioning, and area to park a car or even caravan/camper if required. Garage will likely have our car in it but we can arrange for it to be elsewhere if required. One dog (Shadow) can be left at MIL's if required but she does not want to have both, (she is nearly 80!!) Griff is only 6 months old so a bit too full on for her.
