My home is a 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom duplex unit with double garage on the lower/ground level . The upper unit is owned by a lovely quiet young professional couple who are great neighbours.

I have a 10 year old English Staffy named Lacey who is fully house trained, does not bark, loves people and is ok with other dogs

Sequoia Court is a quiet cull de sac backing onto a large grassed reserve along which we generally walk twice daily.

The garden areas on our site are easily maintained and would only require minimal watering whilst I'm away.
