Lots of areas to relax

This property is large half acre well maintained with fully fenced front and back yards. It is close to Ipswich motorway and the Centenary. Bus within walking distance. Springfield train station walking distance. 15 mins to Springfield University. There is a block of shops within a few hundred metres away, lots of walking / running routes and close to a few reserves. Springfield and Orion are both under 10 mins drive away, same with Oxley and Mt Ommaney. This house is very well presented, 4 bedrooms with a study. Swimming pool and ample outside areas to sit and relax. Security gates and cameras although it is a very safe area.
