We live 1km from Millthorpe village, and 22km from Orange CBD. It's a pretty rural block of 40 acres, and is a double brick home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garden is large, with a pool, and we are looking for sitters that are happy to mow! 2-4 hours per week, depending on the weather. Weeding is optional! We also have a few chooks and cats that need feeding daily. Our dog will be outsourced. But we request sitters with no pets please. If the weather is dry, we ask for watering of pots around the house, and turning on of garden taps weekly. Rubbish bins go up to the road each week (approx. 200m from the house). If it's still cold, there is a combustion wood fire for heating, and also electric blankets on all beds. Wood is available in the garden shed. We ask that the house be kept clean and tidy - it's a little bit of extra cleaning work with the fireplace going.
