I live in a quiet area of Mullumbimby within 5-10 mins. walking distance to CBD. The house is a renovated Mullum cottage with North facing verandah and a garden. My cat is called Pixy; she appreciates gentle company while I'm away. I am looking for a single person, preferably female, who is tidy and will return the house to me the way she has received it and the cat should be happy too!
