I m living in a townhouse on Sydneys beautiful Northern Beaches. The beach is less than 20 min walk away, perfect for swimming and surfing. There is also a pool in our complex, that s open for all residents. The house offers everything, incl WiFi.

I have a little maltese/Shitsu staying with me, who needs to be walked at least 3 times a day, and obviously fed and cuddled. There are also 2 budgies and 1 cockatiel. The birds live in two aviaries in the living room. They are not used to get out, just need food and water.

The backyard is not huge, but perfect to have breakfast or a drink later in the day. It s mainly paved and doesnt require a lot of work. I water the plants twice a week in the cooler times, and sweep the pavers whenever I feel its necessary.

If possible I d like to have a meet & greet with the prospective sitter beforehand.
