Hi our house is newly built and located in a quiet leafy area of Dromana, 3 mins drive to the beach and walking distance to local shops which include a takeaway shop, bottle shop and licenced pizza restaurant. We have an elderly dog medium size malteses x who needs a 20 minute walk each morning before it gets too hot and company in the evening. Thank you.
