My house is 24km from the beach, 20km from a village, fuel some food, police. 80 from from the nearest real town, 120 from Mackay. 4 bedrooms, verandahs on 3 sides, on 800 acres of undeveloped bush, half rainforest. Water pumped from rainforest creek beside the house to tanks. (Electric pump) The house is totally solar powered. Landline phone, satellite internet. Nearest neighbour 6 km. Only tasks are keeping the house clean and mowing the grass. The house is made of rammed earth (But looks like concrete)
