I have a modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with Balianese garden and decking, alfresco. Reverse cycle ducted airconditioning. Great internet and netflix. Formal lounge reading room. Opposite park and near lake in Rivergums estate. 5 minutes to Stockland Baldivis and 1minute to freeway south on Safety Bay Road.

I have an Australian Shepherd called Max. He is a very chill dog and well behaved. Sleeps most of the day but likes to bring you his osft toys. Max is not a suggle dog, lives i side but has a doggie door. Likes to sleep in the doorway to your bedroom. Max has arthritis so long walks are not required.
