Requirements
We live in a pleasant rural setting, just 6km from downtown Seymour. Though its a bit dry just now. We have two lovely dogs, Charlie and Meg, and two chooks. Also there are some cattle who may need some hay if it hasn't rained much by then. Close to parks, creek, and regular train service to Melbourne. Great coffee shops in town.
