Our home is a comfortable 4x3 with a pool, reverse cycle a/c to main rooms, monitored security system, all mod cons like dishwasher etc., wi-fi, comfy TV room, Foxtel, Netflix. Office with Apple Mac.Room in garden for caravan. Our main priority is our dog, who is extremely attached to my husband and suffers separation anxiety when we are away. He is 9yo but still energetic, loves having a ball thrown for him, and enjoys a daily walk. Very well behaved, a good watch dog and will bark if he hears someone coming. Only 2 minutes from lovely bush walks, and 15 minute flat walk to Kalamunda (3 minutes by car) which is a delightful area to go to for coffee after shopping. Many wineries not too far away.
