Able to manage a house on a farm 40 kilometres from Albury, lovely area, a great community and we have fabulous neighbours.

Very comfortable home.

If preferred there is room for a caravan in the carpark attached to the house.

1 small dog to look after as well as some chooks to keep an eye on.

Large garden which will not really require much attention, quite a few pot plants to water maybe twice a week.

Wood heater, plenty of wood but will need to be able to manage the wood, as in carry from the verandah to the heater.
