3 acres manicured property. May need mowing couole times. Gardens will need watering.

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. A/C solar, rain water only, no town water.

We have 6 beautiful Australian Shepherd dogs aged 10, 8, 7, 6, 5 & 1.5 years. They are very loving and rarely left alone, never at night. They sleep indoors at night.

There is a 60L aquarium with 3 goldfish but they require very little care, just a pinch of food once a day.
