Hi,

We are looking for someone to live in for the approx 3 weeks we are away. We have a five acre rural property that is approx 1/2 hour drive from beautiful beaches and regional townships. We are 3 km's from the hamlet of Krambach and 10km's from the Pacific hwy and the township of Nabiac in the other direction, Both offer Petrol and basic necessities with good pubs that serve good food and atmosphere.

We have two boxers Ali (10 yrs old), Bella (5) and a Border Collie/Lab cross - Barney (1), and our cat Mr T (unsure of his age - approx 5 yrs old) and 3 chickens that we are looking for someone special to take care of them. Except for the chickens, these are pampered house (indoor) pets. Looking after these babies means exercising and feeding, as our pooches are used to daily walks and plenty of attention. Our old girl Ali, has a small medical condition that requires daily pills twice a day with feeds, Otherwise they are all in good health. All our animals are easy going in nature and well socialised.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, a combustion heater, internet and foxtel for use while we are gone. We have good neighbours who are easy to get along with and will give a helping hand when needed.
