We live in Manly West, Brisbane, 5 minutes from Manly Harbour which is part of beautiful Moreton Bay and 30 minutes from the city. We have a comfortable modern home with polished wooden floors and great views to Mount Cotton, through to Mount Tambourine. Your level upstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 x single), lounge and dining, bathroom, small deck with weber BBQ. Grandma (who is independent, active and friendly) lives in her own seperate accomodation downstairs which can be locked off from your accomodation. As we have relatives across the road we are not expecting you to take any responsibility for her. The yard is large enough to park a boat off street. Mowing, watering of some plants and minimal yard maintenance are needed. We have 3 cats that need to be well loved, fed, and given flea medication. They do tend sleep on the end of the beds. Two are exclusively inside cats so litter trays will need to be emptied. Our preference is for a retired couple but we will consider others. Must be cat lovers who will send photos weekly and willing to be respectful and friendly towards Grandma.
