Our home is 12 minutes drive from the beach and 10 minutes from the freeway. There are bus stops nearby and a regional shopping centre and picture theatre. The train station is less than 10 minutes away. We have a good sized back yard with a lovely outlook onto a nature reserve with distant water glimpses. Our pets are a dog, cat and 5 chooks, that would love to be walked, petted, brushed and fed. The chooks free range during the day and there will be fresh eggs for breakfast; they love it when their coop is cleaned about once a week. It is really relaxing to sit on the verandah and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or an afternoon happy hour. The neighbours are helpful and friendly and there are tourist attractions within easy driving distance.
