We are a middle aged couple with 2 well behaved dogs who do dog sports. Our dogs are exercised on the lead twice a day every day for approx 30 mins morning & night. They are crated in our patio area at night. They are inside/outside dogs. They are very social & loving. They love to have a game involving balls or tuggies. They are both desexed, microchipped & both 4 yrs old in early 2018. We would have all their food weighed and frozen separately for your convenience. We have a 4 bedroom low set home, ceiling fans, partly air con through the home. Gas cooktop, elec double oven. Fully security screened, carpet & tiled floors. Main bathroom - shower & bath, sep w.c. with a free standing spa, most of the gardens are irrigated. We have a worm farm. We would have all the food for the worms frozen for your convenience. The back yard is fully fenced 1.8 m timber picket. We are on a corner block 842 m2 & if you have a motorhome or caravan there is room for them to be parked onto our property off the street. We have internet access for you. We have great neighbours & we are located quite close to public transport & shopping centres.
