This house is newly renovated and about to be listed for sale. We are just a bit nervous about having it sit empty for 6-12 weeks (dates mentioned are approx and open to negotiation by either party) while the agent runs the sales campaign and then we wait for the settlement period. Ideally you have a caravan and can just park if in the backyard (accessible via double gates) and use the kitchen and bathroom as required or if you don't have a caravan then perhaps take up residence in one of the bedrooms but not spread out too much (ie contain yourself to one room). The house is totally unfurnished but we could possibly provide a bar fridge and washing machine if required. Power and water are both connected. This location would make a great base to explore Brisbane and the Gold Coast over summer being 30 minutes from both destinations. Not far from shops and train line. We have appointed an agent who will be running open homes 1-2 times per week in addition to the occasional private inspection.
