Our home is a characterful cottage in a central, but quiet, location close to shops and transport. A half hour drive will take you to beaches, Lake Macquarie, the vineyards and quaint country towns. There is ducted a/c and the garden is low maintenance.

Our dogs live indoors, do not require walking and, whilst they happily stay at home alone, we would like someone who is willing to spend half of their time at home with them.
