We own a modern canal front 3 brm 2 bath home in beautiful South Yunderup on the Mandurah Estuary. We have two elderly dogs, a golden retriever and a minature Staffy (both docile & obedient).

We would like a mature non smoking single person or couple to perform normal household duties, water pot plants and walk the dogs daily.

Our home is large, very clean with low maintenance outdoors. You can sit on the patio with wide open water views or take liesurely waterside walks among the vast varieties of local birdlife. Wifi is available.

Don't be surprised to see Dolphins at the property canal edge.
