My Wife and I live in a 2 bedroom spacious house on big block, comfortably lived in, not a show home :). Two person spa bath in the big bathroom, modern appliances, Foxtel and wifi. We have 1 old dog who likes to sleep a lot plus 3 indoor cats that also have a big outdoor run. Our old cat is diabetic and needs insulin injected twice daily. My lovely, elderly independent mother lives in an independnant unit attached to the back of our house. No caring involved but she may love a chat . Mum does have a personal alarm . Mum will be home during the time that we are away.

We live within 1k walk to train station, local shops. Lovely neighbours both sides and quietist Street. 6 min drive to nearest beach. Am happy to provide any more info if needed. Kind Regards, Michele
