I have a rented 3 bed apartment in good condition. Appliances and some of the furniture is brand new. I have a black male cat who has a good nature even if he gets a little excited at times. He is now a 100% indoor cat. He has a timed feeder so you would just be there to fill the water bottle and clean the litter tray. I have a wide screen HD TV with netflix, nvidia shield and all the terrestrial channels so there's lots to watch.
