We have a 4 bedroom brick home on a flat block close to Lake Macquarie.

There are two living areas, a main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, a spare bedroom with twin single beds and another single bed in a room used as an office.

We have a 6 month old Labradoodle named Abbi who is adorable, great company but has not quite learned her manners when first meeting people (she tends to jump up in her exuberance) and as she is still a baby, she can be a bit mischievous (don't leave your shoes etc. lying around). She walks well on the lead and we usually walk her twice a day as she has lots of energy.

We would also like our garden and pots watered as required.
