The house is small but comfortable and easy to manage. The back court yard and the front require watering but again are easy to maintain. There is a small dog, part poodle who is lively and needs a daily walk. He sleeps inside in winter but outside when the weather is warm. The house is located close to transport and to cafes and shops.there is only on street parking.
