Although only an hour drive from Brisbane CBD 0ur home is situated on an acreage in a rural area. There is no town water (we rely on rainwater tanks) and we have our own sewerage system. The main requirement is to water pot plants and garden. Being winter, mowing will most likely not be required. Major supermarkets are a bit over half an hour drive away but there is a local shop in Dayboro, fifteen minutes' drive from here, Own transport is a must as there isn't any public transport. Because of the multitude of artwork, pottery and nick-nacks our home is not suitable for young children or pets. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy some of which we feed, which is not a requirement.
