Feed and love one little dog, one cat and 13 chickens (in large cage). Feed the pond fish now and then.

Maintain the house and house garden, which has a small lawn and fish in 2 small ponds. The property is 40 acres but the greater part will not require any maintenance, it is a Registered Nature Refuge.

The house is spacious with 2 bedrooms set up with beds and other rooms for an office and my art studio.

The environment is very much living in a lovely house with great outdoor areas among a natural environment but only 5 minutes (max) drive to the centre of Stanthorpe.
