Our two-story townhouse is in a complex of 6, it is located on the north side of Canberra, about 10 minutes from Gungahlin and Belconnen.

The townhouse has 2 bedrooms available, 2 bathrooms, a small office, a well sized lounge and dining room and a TV room. The garage will not be available but off street parking on the garage apron can be used.

We have no pets, there is no lawn to mow but we do have a small garden which is well mulched and has a watering system and will require maintenance.

The townhouse will be available from 26th April to 4th October 2019. As this is a long assignment we do ask that all utilities should be paid for by the sitter.
