I have an 8 year old rescue cat - he is fairly stand offish but not particularly high maintenance - as well as balcony plants to be cared for. My home is close to bus routes, the light rail, local parks and the foreshore walk along Black Wattle Bay. It is an easy commute to the city and if you're really keen you can walk to the fish markets, Darling Harbour and the City.
