I have a special acreage and home that needs to be taken care of in my absence for up to six months next year. General garden watering and weeding around the house (including small orchard) is expected as there is a regular mowing service already in place. You will live in the smaller self contained granny flat which accommodates the exceptional hinterland views also and I would appreciate someone with attention to detail who will stay in communication with me and have the house and glass cleaned for my return. Familiarity with salt water pool maintenance preferable. There are no pets though you could potentially bring one of your own and strictly no entertaining or visitors to this private property is insisted.
