Someone, or couple to look after 3 dogs - keep them company and exercise them daily. We are on 60 acres near Narooma. We also have 4 steers, 5 sheep and 6 chickens. A little bit of keeping the grass down and weeding (if you want!!) Fantastic fishing out to continental shelf or on Inlet. A cinema, 100m indoor pool, supermarkets, around 6km in town.
