We live in a small, 2 bedroom wooden cottage on a 2 acre block in the Tamar Valley. We have a beautiful cat called Puss who will be here. He's 12 years old and very well behaved and loves a lot of attention. We run a glamping business through the warmer months and have amazing reviews and feedback about the location and the view as we're right on the waterfront (the business will be closed and packed away). You will need a car to get around as it's a 10 minute drive to Beauty Point or Beaconsfield (where there are 2 IGA's, cafes, a baker, butcher, post office) and a 45 minute journey to Launceston with plenty of vineyards along the way.

We are on tank water and there is just a wood heater in the living room for heat but it does an amazing job. Minimal gardening as it's winter - some weeding and tidying up but nothing too hard. Unlimited NBN at the house and we are with Telstra and don't have any issues with mobile phone reception.
