We have purchased a home in Toowoomba on acreage and won't move there until the end of the year. It will be vacant in July but maybe sooner if the seller finds a new home. If someone applies who is a trade person or handyman there could be paid work to be done there or supervision of work requiring to be done in the house before we move in. We would prefer if applicants had there own caravan/motorhome so work being done in home would not be an inconvenience to anyone.
