Three bedroom house (with office area) in Golden beach, Caloundra, Sunshine Coast.

4 week house sit.

Airy, open plan home, nicely furnished and only a 30 metre stroll to the beautiful, non-surf beach and esplanade. Twenty minute walk or three minute drive to Caloundra town.

Great outdoor area with sofa and gym equipment. Low maintenance garden (just mowing), free unlimited wifi with netflix, stan, utube on main TV and computers (no regular TV though).

Car port and possible use of my car.

Main job is to look after my two mini fox terriers who are 7 years old.

I need a couple so you can walk one dog each as Penny has had two back knee operations ( a few years ago) but both dogs pull on lead and Penny cant be yanked back too much as this strains her legs. I usually take them off leash but would rather on-leash with a sitter. Cant throw balls either as again, this strains Penny's legs. You need to hold on tight if out and a motorbike or the Postie especially, zooms past as they will try to break free and chase him.

They are mainly indoor dogs but have a dog flap and will sit outside with you but Id like them to be indoors when you are here i.e. not left outside, especially a night. They have plenty of bed options and Zulu will attempt to sleep with you. You don't need to go that far though :-).

I'd also prefer a retired couple so the dogs get company and are kept safe.

I actually fly out on the 11th which is why i have put the dates two days early so i can show you the ropes. I may leave the 10th July.

I'd also like to keep in contact when I am away to keep a check on those dogs.

If you have a small dog, this is fine. No big dogs, puppies, or cats though. There may be a few issues initially if you have a dog. Such are the nature of dogs. Primary objective is too keep them safe and secure.
