House sits on a double block surrounded by garden with a treed five acre field extending out the back which has Namoi River frontage.

The house has three levels though really only two story with a kitchen and a couple of bedrooms in between. Four bedrooms, galley style kitchen, one main bathroom, separate toilet, and with another shower and toilet downstairs. There is the main lounge area upstairs with an elevated deck leading outside.

The house itself has three lots of stairs with other stairs situated outside, so may not be suitable for people of poor mobility.

The property is a 15 minute stroll to the main shopping centre.

There is an elderly dog (half border collie/ half golden retriever) very placid.

We have also have a cat, two chooks and two aquariums with fish inside the house.
