Large, clean and comfortable home located a short walk from the Broadwater on the Gold Coast. High set home, bedroom, bathroom and living downstairs with kitchen upstairs, off street parking for 1 car.

We have 3 small dogs, 2 mini Foxies/Jack Russels (6 yrs old) and 1 elderly moodle. They are very calm and affectionate and love people, esspecially people that love them back. There is also a large / low maintenance fish tank with fish that need daily feeding. We also have 1 female flatmate in her mid thirties who lives upstairs, however she is rarely home, but likely to call in occasiionally. Great location close to all amenities. We are sure you will love staying here.
