Our two story townhouse is in a complex of six, it is located on the north side of Canberra, about 10 minutes from Gungahlin and Belconnen.

The townhouse has two bedrooms available, 2 bathrooms, a well sized lounge and dining room and TV room there will be no garage available but a car may be parked in front of the garage.

We have no pets, we do have a small garden (with watering system) which will require maintenance. As it is such a long assignment we ask that the sitter pay for all utilities for the six month period.
