We are looking for a house sitter to look after our house and garden whilst we are away. The garden is not too large but will require watering if there is no rain. We have no pets. We live in a quiet area near the Bay so a great area to walk. We would prefer the sitter not to have a pet. We would also prefer them to have their own car and be a non smoker.

The house has air conditioning, wi fi, foxtel but no swimming pool.
